Request Data Deletion
Ask us to delete specific data associated with your EaseBook account — without closing the account itself.
Most data can be deleted directly in the app. Signed-in users with the right permissions can delete individual records — customers, suppliers, stock items, transactions, credits, quotations, letters and more — from the record's own page. Use this form for anything you can't remove yourself, or to have us do it for you.

Submit a data deletion request
Tell us what you'd like deleted. We verify every request against the registered account email and complete verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where tax, audit or other legal obligations require it — if that applies to your request, we'll tell you exactly what was kept and why.
Prefer email? Write to easebook2025@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
